Refunds & Returns Policy

Effective Date: Sept 9th, 2025

1. Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale pieces.
  • Custom jewelry (unless defective).
  • Items damaged by misuse or neglect (e.g., exposure to chlorine, rough handling).

3. Exchanges & Store Credit

Available upon request.

4. Defective Items

If damage results from a design or craftsmanship flaw, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for insured return shipping. We can provide a prepaid insured label via Parcel Pro upon request (cost may be deducted from refund).

6. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after receipt and inspection of the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
