1. Order Processing

Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days. Custom orders may take longer, and estimated timelines will be provided at purchase.

2. Domestic Shipping

We ship to U.S. addresses via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with insurance. Tracking information will be emailed once available.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship internationally on a limited basis. Buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import fees. Delivery times vary by destination.

4. Risk of Loss

All items are shipped insured. Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delays or loss transfers to the carrier.

5. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, notify us immediately. Retain packaging for inspection and file a claim with the carrier.
